With this recipe, you can make your very own almond paste - rather than buying it. Use almond paste as an ingredient in other recipes, or add icing sugar to make your own Marzipan.

Ingredients
  • 150 grams ground almonds
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (7 grams) almond extract
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Put equal amounts of almond and sugar in bowl in scale
  2. Add almond extract and egg
  3. Mix with a whisk
  4. Switch to a spatula
  5. Set aside until ready to use
